1. Introduction & acceptance
Welcome to celinparadise.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to our website and your purchase of products (Prints) and services (Yoga, Photoshoots) from Celinparadise ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

2. Intellectual property rights

  • Site Content: All content on this Site (text, logos, aerial photography, digital designs) is the exclusive property of Celinparadise and protected by international copyright laws.

  • License: You are granted a limited license to access the Site for personal use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any content without our express written permission.
     

3. Product terms: aerial & photography prints

  • Personal Use Only: Prints purchased are for personal display (home/office) only. You may not scan, digitize, resell, or reproduce the image for commercial use (e.g., advertising, stock photography) without a separate Commercial License Agreement.

  • Color & Accuracy: We strive to display colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will exactly match the printed product due to screen calibration differences.

  • Shipping & Customs: For physical goods shipped internationally, you (the buyer) are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.


4. Service terms: Yoga Sessions

  • Health & Safety Waiver: By booking a yoga session, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical exertion which may be strenuous. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, incurred as a result of participating.

  • Lateness: Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended.

  • Client cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
     

5. Service terms: photoshoots

  • Booking & deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Insert %] is required to secure your booking.

  • Copyright & usage: Celinparadise retains the copyright to all images created during photoshoots.

    • Client usage: You are granted a license to use the photos for personal use (e.g., social media, personal website). You may not sell the images to third parties.

    • Portfolio use: We reserve the right to use images from the shoot for Celinparadise promotional purposes (website portfolio, social media) unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the shoot.

  • Weather policy: In the event of inclement weather for outdoor shoots, we will reschedule the session to the next available date at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund of the deposit may be issued at our discretion.
     

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • Prints (Physical Goods):

    • Damaged Goods: If a print arrives damaged, contact us at [Insert Email] within 14 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement.

    • Change of Mind: As prints are often made-to-order, we do not generally offer refunds for "change of mind." If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Services: Refunds are not issued for completed services.
     

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celinparadise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, Products, or Services. For physical activities (Yoga/Photoshoots), our liability is limited to the cost of the service paid.
 

8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
